Thereafter, during the following 12 months we review the continuing need to keep any of that information and will only retain it if required under one of our legal bases.  If not so required, the information will be destroyed or deleted by the end of the 12 month period.  If retained, it may be retained for up to another six year period before being destroyed or deleted.
